What does it mean to build compassionate communities of practice? How would we centre healing in our approaches while grappling with “cultures of crisis”? In Relational Facilitative Leadership, we explore facilitation methodologies, frameworks and tools to increase relational and facilitative skills and capacities, and begin to build the scaffolding for responsive and regenerative interventions within systems and sectors. We tune into conversations, embodiment and meditative practices to sense the purpose and application of relational approaches as an iterative process for facilitative leadership.
